The claiming process typically requires a phone call, SMS, email, video, or postcard verification sent directly to the business. Because of this, someone must be present at the business location or have access to the primary business contact method to complete the verification.

Hours of operation
Having a utility bill or business license that displays the business name and address is strongly recommended, as this may be required during the claiming process. You must also be available to receive calls or messages at the business phone number during verification.

No. Listings can only be claimed once a business has a permanent address and phone number.

If you are the primary owner, you can grant our team access for ongoing management.
If you are not the owner, we can work with platform support to request ownership transfer.*
*This process can take two weeks or longer, and ownership transfer is not guaranteed, as approval is ultimately determined by the platform.

We can submit a Request Ownership form:
If the current owner approves, the listing is transferred.
If the owner does not respond within three days, the listing may become available to claim.
If the owner denies the request, we cannot complete the claim.
