Yes, if you use a compatible scheduling tool like BookMeNow. The AI Assistant can either book appointments directly through the chat or send a link to your booking page, depending on your setup.
If you do not use compatible software, pre-qualifying leads with information on client/customer availability will be available to see in your CRM so that your in-house receptionist or manager can book appointments for after-hour leads into your system.
Some API functions can be implemented if you absolutely require custom integration at an additional, reasonably competitive fee.
SMS/Text Messaging

Currently, businesses located in the United States and Canada can use SMS messaging. Businesses located in other countries can use web chat, email, Facebook chat or Instagram chat.

When using Assistance AI for the first time, the business will be automatically assigned an SMS number. The app will attempt to get a local number, based on the business profile address. If no local numbers are available, a number from a neighbouring area in your country will be assigned.

Sometimes, no local numbers are available. In such cases, it is possible to get an 800-number assigned to the business. Please contact support for assistance with this.

New messages automatically appear live in the app for any user that has our client portal open, page-reloading not required. You can also receive an instant notification email when a new message comes in, or a daily digest email.

A2P (Application-to-Person) registration is required for U.S.-based businesses that want to use SMS messaging. During onboarding, we’ll collect the necessary legal business information to complete the registration process on your behalf.
